Our sales organization, Erik Hahn & Associates, has been operating in Dallas, Texas since 1979. Today, we represent over 40 exciting product lines in six states: Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas, Mississippi and New Mexico.
Our wholesale showroom is located on the second floor of the Dallas Market Center and showcases the beautiful array of gifts, home accessories and stationery we offer to retailers. The Erik Hahn associates are a stable group of hard-working professional people. Our customer base includes a full spectrum of retail stores, including gift, apparel, home furnishings, jewelry, spa and other types of stores. In addition to independent retail establishments, we have for many years provided full service to department and specialty store chains.
We see ourselves as business partners with our manufacturers and customers. The Erik Hahn sales associates stay in touch with their local business environments. They monitor where your products fit in for optimized profitability. It is our responsibility to stay abreast of product, color, fashion, business, and competitive trends that affect salability.
Another aspect of our service is to act as liaison between the manufacturers and the retailers and to communicate the end-consumers perception of the product.
Our customers trust in the products and services we provide and develop strong bonds with our sales representatives. We, in turn, welcome any and every opportunity to assist their efforts to achieve prosperity. We are especially interested in frequent contact and direct communication with each customer. This enables our group of ten professional sales associates to focus on selling merchandise that is suited to a specific customer.
We take great pride in that fact that our client relationships are collaborations in the best sense. One of our Dallas representatives received the prestigious honor of being the 2003 Best Salesperson in the nation for our largest stationery line.
The wholesale showroom and offices are open daily from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday-Friday. We participate in all four major regional trade shows held in Dallas. The showroom is completely re-designed for the two major gift markets to keep our products fresh and our customers excited.
